From there, we support you through contracting so you can focus your attention on where you’re most needed.

  • We lead a focused, values-driven vendor sourcing process—from setting search parameters to finalizing contracts. Through targeted research, vendor outreach, and collaborative client meetings, we ensure your vendor partners align with your goals and reflect your event’s integrity. Initial cost includes a search for up to 3 values-aligned vendors. Additional vendors can be added at an incremental cost.

  • We take your brand kit and use that to design, prep, and produce printed materials that bring clarity, brand cohesion, and visual impact to your event. From signage to agendas, we help you build a consistent visual story—from layout to final print delivery—so you can focus on the message.

  • A smooth event day begins weeks prior—with a thoughtful plan for every minute from load in to load out. We work in the final 6-8 weeks before your event to support a smooth and professional onsite experience by developing final production schedules; communicating with your vendors to coordinate the details; recommending day-of staff structures; and more. All of this results in a comprehensive production booklet that guides your team through every moment so they can stay present and focused in service to your event.

  • Virtual and hybrid events come with their own set of challenges and considerations. Our expertise helps guide you through the full setup and delivery of a seamless virtual event—from selecting the right platform to building the backend and preparing guests for a virtual experience. With an emphasis on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use, we take the work off of your plate and ensure your digital experience runs smoothly. And if you want our help managing the virtual event on your event day, we can do that too!

  • We lead day-of event execution with precision and care—ensuring your planning work and provided run of show is flawlessly implemented and your guests, vendors, and staff are fully supported.
