Comprehensive project management, stakeholder and sponsor management, and event planning and design.The event raised 25% over its intended target and honored such movers-and-shakers as Katie Couric, Michael Bennett, Debra Messing, Dan Schulmann and Arlan Hamilton as well as a dynamic group of young activists including Xiuhtezcatl Martinez, Deja Foxx and Mari Copeny.

Program design, logistics planning, attendee communications and management, and staff sourcing to accommodate the 150 guests and over 25 external speakers for a 3-day gathering of IMPACT2030 Partners (private sector companies) and Stakeholders (social sector organizations) at the United Nations in New York City.

Seeds of Peace Innovation Summit

Design and manage the full event including participation selection, communications, site selection, vendor management, project management and onsite logistics management for a 5-day Summit, that convened 100 members of an extended global community.

Concept development, design and delivery of a variety of events including a 3-day Summit for 150 guests (including female founders, UBS high-net-worth and ultra high net worth clients, and employees; Employee volunteering programs; and external facing gatherings for stakeholders.

San Francisco, California | 2011, 2012, 2013

Complete project management including sourcing, logistics planning, operations oversight, attendee management and communications for a leadership development program for 56 nonprofit leaders from 25 youth development organizations. The program began each year with a multi-day in-person leadership immersion and educational experience and continued with year-long cohort-based activities and learning opportunities.
